    We have an “inside cat” that we wanted to let outside onto our porch for some fresh air, etc. and to get him used to the outdoors so we put him into a harness and leash combo….with pretty much this result. He would bellycrawl while in the harness, eventually morphing that motion into the slinkiest cat ever. Apparently, the feeling of fabric against his armpits (legpits?) was enough to disengage his ability to straighten his legs and spine.

    It’s just like that scene in the first Superman movie where Lex Luthor puts a big kryptonite medallion round Superman’s neck and it takes all his strength away, and then pushes him in the swimming pool, and he nearly drowns, and he has to plead with Miss Textmarker to save him so that he can STOP THE MISSILES fuck fuck fuck…..I mean it’s sort of, a bit, not really, like that.
