      The fact that video was made by peaceloveandpitbulls.org leads me to believe that this is a rescue facility. This is probably a substitute for days when you can’t get everyone outside or the weather is just too craptacular to deal with cleaning a dozen or so muddy dogs. It could also be physical therapy for a dog where you want to control its exact level of activity because it’s recovering from something.
