Nigella Lawson The Taste

Nigella Lawson of the new ABC show The Taste decided to put her foot down with the advertising group in charge of the promotional posters for the show by not allowing them to airbrush her body. She said on her blog:

“Although it was very thrilling to think of being up on a billboard in LA and around the States, I was very strict and English and told them they weren’t allowed to airbrush my tummy out. Wise? Hmmm. But that tum is the truth and is come by honestly, as my granny would have said.”

If I dated women, I’d date her. Meow!

    Wait? It was her STOMACH that they had issues with? What about old-guy’s ginormous eye-bags and wrinkles? What about the guy on the right’s razor sharp cheek bones that look like they’re going to poke out his own eyes? What about the guy on the left’s atrocious hair-do (seriously, it looks like someone with a full head of hair attempted a comb-over)?

    The advertisers are just peeved because they could only find one thing even slightly resembling a flaw on this woman.

    If you’re going to be nitpicky, why be nitpicky about the one thing that virtually half the women on Earth has an issue with?
